Refreshing Mango Toss |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Makes 2 servings - uses 1 of your daily fruit and 4 oz of your daily vegetable allowance
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
                      - 2 mangos, cubed 
 
                      - ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
 
                      - 2 TBSP minced red onion 
 
                      - 2 TBSP fresh lime juice
 
                      - ½ TSP ground cumin
 
                      - salt
 
                      - pepper
 
                    
  
    Directions
     
                      - combine ingredients in medium bowl
 
                      - gently toss
