Banana Dessert (Lynda) |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Here is a dessert recipe that is ideal for two people on the diet who may want to eat both pieces of fruit at once. Obviously, for one you can divide into 4 custard cups and use 1 cup for 1 serving.

Ingredients
  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons pure unsweetened cocoa powder or Walden Farms chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Walden Farms pancake syrup
Directions
  • peel the bananas and place in a blender or food processor along with the cocoa powder
  • add the vanilla extract and the syrup
  • blend till very smooth
  • pour into individual custard cups or small bowls and freeze until just frozen
