Italian Dressing |  Vegetable/Fruit Day
    
	Makes 4 servings.
Uses none of your daily vegetable allowance.
	  
	
    
    Ingredients
	     
							- 2 oz ReaLemon, ReaLime or other zero-calorie citrus juice concentrate
 
							- 1 oz room temperature water
 
							- 5 oz hot water
 
							- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
 
							- 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
 
						
  
    Directions
     	
							- Blend hot water and xanthan gum, ideally in a personal blender, until xanthan gum is fully dissolved, approximately 20 seconds.
 
							- Set mixture aside.
 
							- Pour lemon or lime juice into a carafe or similar container.
 
							- Add room temperature water.
 
							- Add xanthan gum mixture.
 
							- Add packet of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix.
 
							- Shake vigorously until well mixed.
