Cold Cantaloupe Soup |  Vegetable/Fruit Day

Ingredients
  • 1 large, ripe cantaloupe
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • fresh mint springs
  • 2 cups diet fruit-flavored water or similar diet drink
Directions
  • remove seeds from melon, cut into cube
  • puree in blender with cinnamon
  • mix in other ingredients
