Here's how it works (these are guidelines, not rules!)..........

Food Guidelines:
  • • Hours of eating are 12pm – 8pm.
  • • Eating after 8pm? Stay awake at least 2 hours after you finish.
  • • 2 cups of fruit.
  • • Unlimited vegetables.
  • • Light proteins such as chicken/poultry, fish, eggs, beans.
  • • Limit red meat to 1x per week. It takes 3-5 days to digest red meat!
  • • Oil in moderation. No frying!
  • • NO vinegar.
  • • Other carbohydrates - bread, pasta, desserts - are allowed! They are for tasting, not feasting.
    •     ◦ Start meals with a salad or vegetable, then the bread/pasta.
    •     ◦ The carbs are meant to be your side dishes, not your main course.
  • • Milk days immediately follow Summer Social Days™
  • • Then resume the regular AccuWeight food cycle.
  • • Maximum 2 consecutive Summer Social Days™

Drink Guidelines:
  • • Maximum 2 alcoholic beverages per day.
  • • Have an 8 oz. glass of water before each alcoholic drink.
  • • Consume a minimum of 64 oz., maximum of 128 oz. of water each day.
  • • Have at least 1 electrolyte supplement or electrolyte water each day.

What to Expect:
  • • You will lose body fat (that's inches) and your clothes will fit better.
  • • We can not promise 15 lbs in 30 days, but you will lose weight.
