AccuWeight Holiday Plan™     

You will follow the AccuWeight food cycle: 2 milk days / 2 vegetable days.

Each week, up to 2 days may be Holiday Plan™ days

  • They may be different days each week
  • They do not need to be consecutive
  • They should always be followed by milk days
    • - 1 Holiday Plan™ day is followed by 1 milk day
    • - 2 Holiday Plan™ days in a row are followed by 2 milk days
    • - Then resume your AccuWeight food cycle
  • Holiday Plan™ Guidelines
    These are not rules.
    There is no such thing as cheating so no guilt!
    The closer you follow guidelines, the more likely you are to maintain or lose weight.
    Your body will balance out any gain when you return to the AccuWeight food cycle.

  • Any 2 days may be Holiday Plan™ days
  • Recommended hours of eating 12pm – 8pm
    • - make sure to go to bed at least 2 hours after you finish eating
  • Unlimited vegetables
  • 2 – 3 cups of fruit
  • 5 – 7 oz light protein (e.g., chicken, fish, eggs, beans)
  • Limit red meat to 1x per week
  • Other carbohydrates (e.g., bread, pasta, desserts) are for tasting only
  • Up to 2 alcoholic beverages per day
    • - Have an 8 oz glass of water before and after
  • Minimum 64 oz., maximum 128 oz. water each day
  • Electrolyte supplementation recommended
