Roasted Brussels Sprouts |  Vegetable Day

Ingredients
  • washed Brussels sprouts, cutoff ends and slice each Brussels sprout in half
  • garlic (optional)
  • Pam
  • Kosher salt (optional)
Directions
  • preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • add a small amount of garlic to each half (optional)
  • place on flat pan and lightly spray with Pam
  • sprinkle with Kosher salt (optional)
  • bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes
  • watch them carefully during the last 5 minutes, so that they dont burn

Debra says an added benefit to these Brussels sprouts is that it takes a while to chew through a roasted Brussels sprout piece so you feel filled and satisfied eating them
