Pan-Roasted Brussels Sprouts |  Vegetable Day

Ingredients
  • sprouts
  • olive oil Pam
  • salt, pepper
  • fresh lime
Directions
  • remove outer leaves and stems from sprouts
  • cut sprouts in half, lay halves flat side down, cut 1/4" julienne slices (a lot of the leaves will separate)
  • in olive oil Pam, sauté sprouts over med-high heat until they soften and start to brown
  • season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of fresh lime
