Vanilla Ice Cream |  Milk Day

Makes 1 serving - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance

note: You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (or to personal taste)
  • 1/2 tsp. Xanthan gum
Directions
  • mix all ingredients well and ensure well chilled
  • pour into ice cream maker per machine instructions.
  • enjoy!
