Ice Cream Sundae, Vanilla | Milk Day
Makes 2 servings - uses 8 oz of your daily milk allowance
(Note: You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe)
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup Stevia (or other substitute Sweetener which measures like real sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tsp. Xantham Gum (or skip the Xantham gum to have a D&D Coolata style treat)
- hazelnut flavoured coffee granules
- Walden Farms chocolate syrup
Directions
- mix all ingredients well and ensure well chilled
- pour into ice cream maker per machine instructions
- add some Hazelnut flavoured coffee Granules & drizzle on Walden Farms chocolate syrup
