Ice Cream Recipes
Note: Any of the ice cream recipes can be made using
any calorie-free flavored syrup (such as DaVinci, Torino, etc.)
in place of the calorie-free Walden Farm's chocolate syrup.
6 oz Lactose-Free Whole
Milk (Janet uses Lactaid)
1 very heaping tablespoon Zero-Calorie Walden Farm’s chocolate dip
1 very heaping tablespoon Zero-Calorie Walden Farm’s marshmallow
1 heaping tablespoon instant coffee granules (Janet uses Maxwell House)
Put all ingredients in a
lidded jar; and mash the Walden Farm’s ingredients and shake it up well.
(If you prefer, you can put ingredients in the blender for a minute.) Turn
on your ice cream maker to be sure it is running smoothly before pouring in
the ingredients. Mix for approximately 10 minutes or until the ingredients
thicken to the consistency of ice cream. Turn off ice cream maker, open up,
and spoon mixture into a bowl. Scrape the bits off the sides too and mix it
in. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top and enjoy immensely
Coffee Ice
Cream (Susan M)
(note: You will need an ice cream maker for this recipe)
1 cup (8 oz) whole milk
Sweetener of choice such as:
2 to 3 packets of Splenda, or 2 packets of Sweet-N-Low, or 2 packets of
Truvia
1 Tbsp vanilla extract (or to personal taste)
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
2-3 (depending on taste) HEAPING tsp of Folgers's Instant Coffee
Mix all ingredients well and ensure well chilled. Pour into ice cream maker
per machine instructions.
Chocolate Ice Cream
1 cup (8 oz) whole milk
1/4 cup Splenda
Walden Farms sugar-free chocolate syrup (to personal taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
Mix all ingredients well and ensure well chilled. Pour into ice cream
maker per machine instructions. Enjoy!
