(note: You will need an ice cream maker for these recipes)

1 cup (8 oz) whole milk

1/4 cup Splenda

1 Tbsp vanilla extract (or to personal taste)

1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum

 

Mix all ingredients well and ensure well chilled.  Pour into ice cream maker per machine instructions.  Enjoy!
