Frozen Banana/Chocolate (for fruit days)
4 very ripe bananas
2 Tablespoons pure unsweetened cocoa powder or Walden Farms sugar-free chocolate
sauce
1 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms pancake syrup
Peel the bananas and place in a blender or food processor along with the cocoa
powder.
Add the vanilla extract and the syrup.
Blend until very smooth. Pour into individual custard cups or small bowls.
Freeze until just frozen. Makes 2 servings.
