By adding this Chinese cabbage to your diet, you'll be getting a healthy dose of compounds called indoles.  According to research, these compounds may inhibit cancer, particularly breast cancer.  Look for this leafy green cabbage in the produce aisle of your local grocery store or in Asian food stores.
