"I won't pretend to say this was easy! It wasn't and there were times when I really struggled as I don't eat any sweet stuff, I entertain clients 3-4 times a week, travel extensively, never eat before about 8pm in the evening and am based in the UK! But what this diet did for me more than anything else was to help cleanse my system, give me a short term achievable goal to main for (3 weeks), help me discipline myself around not eating at stupid times, really give my organs a break from alcohol, and most importantly help me to feel fitter and healthier and go down some buckle sizes! People say I look younger too. I lost 16.5 lbs in 3 weeks. Since being off the diet for 2-3 weeks I have put back on only 3-4 lbs and can fit into all my other clothes!"
