Ingredients
Any of your favorite vegetables, plus
1 cup celery
2 cups water
2 large garlic cloves, chopped

Directions
Boil the vegetables until just blanched and still slightly
firm.
Add 1/4 teaspoon each of thyme,
chervil, rosemary, oregano, and 1 bay leaf.
Boil the water with the garlic to make a sauce.
Pour the sauce on
the vegetables.
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. |
