A recent study found that people who ate 200 grams of live-culture, pasteurized yogurt per day for one year had a significant decrease in their allergy symptoms.  In fact, blood tests conducted   throughout the study revealed that yogurt eaters had lower levels of a key antibody responsible for the majority of allergic reactions than non-yogurt eaters.
