The answer is no. Acetic acid is the main issue with vinegar. Acetic acid causes havoc with the ph in the program system... so no dice, no rice (vinegar).
Try the Good Seasons dry dressing (vinaigrette) as a possible alternative [mix with water]. No, you can't add vinegar and oil.
